The sun shines warm; its light casting shadows across the snow...revealing the essence of all that stands in its way. God's light is our salvation...His shadow our place of refuge. Psalm 27:1 the Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty!

Again your words have left me breathless.
I've been meditating on Ps. 91 for a month. "The shadows cast across the snow revealing the essence of all that stands in it's way . . . so beautiful and so inspiring. God has truly given you eyes that see and a heart that understands.
God has enlarged my world and thrown open the door of my understanding by allowing me to share in what He has given you!

thank you, Darryl, that very encouraging! I love sermons, but I don't have time to write them...so the Lord has given me the "short and sweet" side of His Word in pictures and His inspiration.
